Returns and Refunds

 

The withdrawal must be exercised within 14 days, starting from the day of receipt of the products.

Although no reason for the right of withdrawal is required, for the purpose of improving the service, we invite the customer, who in any case is not required to indicate the reasons for his lack of satisfaction.

Once the products have been received (with shipping to be paid by the customer) and their integrity has been verified, it will be possible to change the order with a new item of your choice or a coupon equal to the value of the returned item.
